Water, Water Everywhere…

Are you stopping smoking?

Here’s today’s tip: Water, water, water…One of the things your body craves is hydration. Keeping yourself hydrated as you stop smoking helps the healing of your body. You can experience confusion, lack of energy and irritability from being dehydrated. You may experience this and wrongly think it’s from quitting tobacco.

Eliminate that issue. Instead, throughout the day make sure you drink at least half an ounce of water per pound of body weight (ex:75 ounces (4 bottles) for 150# person.)

This will give you the foundation for your body healing faster as well as having a better outlook!
